The hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and amazing river views. We were delighted by the friendly staff who provided excellent service, including a helpful allergy-friendly menu and wheelchair-friendly room upgrade. Additionally, the free parking and large variety of vending machines were convenient, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were above average.
Nothing all good.

The hotel offered a free parking lot, which was very convenient for us as we had rented a car. The view from our room was amazing, and we were able to have a glimpse of snowy mountains. , the location was great, as we were close to a train station and the hotel was surrounded by forests and a river, which made our walks more enjoyable.
The hotel did not meet our expectations. We visited during New Year's Eve and thought we would find a festive environment, but there were no decorations that made us feel in a celebratory mood.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and offered amazing views of the surrounding river and mountains. With our two small children, we were delighted to find that there was plenty of room for all of us. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were thrilled to discover that the hotel was centrally located, making it only a short 20-30 minute drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including child-friendly places like Edo Wonderland and Tobu World Square. We can't wait to return to this venue on our next trip.

The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views of the natural surroundings. the staff was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. the hotel had great child-friendly attractions and was centrally located, making it easy to explore the destination.
The hotel lacked soundproofing in some rooms which made it noisy at night, and the insect netting didn't prevent bugs from getting into the rooms.
